Frontline’s Land on the Sea, Salvation and Joy in Palmeira
The team got to pioneer an expedition to Frontline’s land on the Indian Ocean. We took our bus to a local village close to the Eastern coast. Then, half of the team rode on the back of a small pick-up truck to find a trail to the sand bluff where our land starts. While waiting for the truck to return, the other half of the team put on a creative crusade with dramas and testimonies for a group of children and teens that had just gotten out of school. Denny preached the Gospel and about 14 people gave their lives to Christ! After sharing more about what it looks like to live in relationship with Jesus, offering prayer for the students’ school work, and releasing words of destiny and identity over them, the truck arrived to take the rest of the team to the beach. The waves were incredible! The sand was perfect! Some members of the team spotted 3 humpback whales off the coast who were breaching. The local chief also came out to join us and celebrate our future expansion plans. As the sun set we left the beach to head back. It couldn’t have been a better day, except the day still wasn’t over…
We loaded our bus after sunset and a couple hours later we arrived at our final crusade site in Palmeira (Pastor Enoch’s). There we showed the Magdalena movie and 17 children gave their lives to Christ! The children were so ready to start a close relationship with their Father. Several healings were reported and then a Holy Spirit joy party broke out among adults and children alike! The team led everyone in releasing new levels of freedom, joy, laughter, and smiling! We could tell that everyone in attendance experienced God in a new way. It was such a blessing to be a part of!
