Free Day or Freedom Day?

On Monday, our team with our friends, Joe and Melchizadek, had a chance to travel by subway into the center of Sao Paulo to see some of the city and to pray. We were able to pray for various people and over the land as we walked. At the top of a replica of the Empire State Building, our team was able to pray over the city and take in the enormous size of Sao Paulo. After a short time shopping for souvenirs, we ate lunch at a Brazilian churrascaria. While there we were able to pray for the manager and lead Roberto, one of waiters, to the Lord. It was an amazing experience of food and spiritual increase for our team and those we met.

We also had a chance to visit a very supernaturally strategic place in Brazil. We prayer walked over Independence Park—the original place where the Brazilian revolt against Portugal was announced by Don Pedro II. We learned more of the history of Brazil and Pastor Dirceu identified some of the major spiritual strongholds over Brazil. We had several powerful hours of prayer and intercession for Sau Paulo, Brazil and the next generation of God’s warriors.
