Troy LarsonTroy Larson – Troy has been connected to the ministry of FMI ever since the Summer of 1997 when he joined us in Guatemala to be a part of the worldwide harvest to which Christ has called us. Troy currently practices veterinary medicine locally while also traveling frequently to different locations throughout the world sharing Christ with the lost. To us, Troy has evangelism at the core of his heart and always helps us to remember the call of Christ to continue building relationships with those who are in need. Troy has strong leadership abilities and is able to oversee many groups and outings, as well as, to teach and mentor.
Joshua Jacquet – Joshua Jacquet has been involved in the ministry since its inception.  He traveled on his first international mission trip to Jamaica in 1995 with the “Gokee Bible Study” group.  He continued
traveling annually on summer missions including the ministries’ first trip to Ghana after incorporating in 1999 and continues to fulfill the Great Commission to this day.  Joshua is very gifted as a worship leader, musician, songwriter and teacher.  He oversees the multifaceted worship ministries of FMI, including the school of worship and music publishing company Frontline Worship Group.  Joshua is a practicing Emergency Medicine physician currently working with Akron General Health Systems.  He, his wife Christy Lynn (Gokee) Jacquet and their two sons Judah and Josiah live in Green, Ohio.
Cynthia LiptakCynthia Liptak – Cynthia Liptak traveled with FMI in 1997 to Guatemala and in 1999, to Ghana, when the Lord began to speak to her to connect with FMI for the long-term. She spent two years working full-time with Teen Mania Ministries in Texas, and then returned to her home church in Arizona to serve as the youth pastor. It was in 2002 that the Lord led Cynthia to move to Ohio to be connected with FMI full time. She currently handles many of the details and administrative aspects of ministry programs and outreaches. Her passion for the lost is demonstrated in all areas of ministry, especially in prayer and intercession.
Carl MaxfieldCarl Maxfield – Carl Maxfield joined Frontline on a trip to Ghana, Africa in the Summer of 2001. He has since joined the other leaders in overseeing the work of FMI. Carl currently is a mechanical project manager at a local contract engineering firm. He utilizes his technical skills in spearheading the design of the FMI infrastructure both locally and globally. Gifted in areas of music and worship, Carl also is a watchman, as he flows in prayer and intercession. He is strongly gifted in organization and administration.
Andy SommersAndy Sommers – Andy Sommers came to us at the end of 1999 and God immediately connected his heart with what God was doing. Andy was instantly and miraculously delivered from drugs and God has used him powerfully in seeing drug addicts freed and come to Christ. We see Andy as being a “watchman” in the ministry, as the Lord has given him a keen sense of spiritual discernment and a heart toward intercession. Currently, Andy is a professional interior painter and is a great example of someone whose career reflects Christ well. With a deep heart for the lost, Andy is a key component in our oversees ventures and heads up our local evangelism.

See Kingdom Transformation.
