Street Outreach

We desire to meet hurting people where they are- on the streets. RFL goes to local bars, strip clubs, truck stops, and the street corners of Stark County to find those who are hurting. Our aim is to see these individuals rescued and connected with support that will move them toward transformation and wholeness.

Individual Counseling and Support

We desire to see those whose lives have been affected by injustice and abuse set free. RFL intervenes where possible for those caught in hopeless situations, offering counseling and restoration to victims of trauma.
