Two years ago my liver completely shut down. I was jaundiced, couldn’t eat, sleep, or go to the bathroom. I went to the hospital and was transferred to Cleveland Clinic. I was there for about three weeks. When I left the hospital, I had been diagnosed with Hep C. Then I was having problems with that required I see a gastroenterologist who ordered blood work and gave me a colonoscopy. At that point, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (inflammation of the large intestine). My blood work came back and the doctor said that I don’t have Hep C! I started to laugh and when he asked me why I was laughing I told him that two years ago, I was in the hospital dying and now you’re saying I don’t have Hep C anymore! That is God’s miracle!
