Frontline Children’s Home India – So, So Precious

Upon arriving in Rajahmundry airport, we could see our precious children lined up across from the exit doors holding a sign. The sign said, “Welcome Papa Bill and Uncle Troy”. We were immediately enveloped in hugs and flower garlands by our children and the entire Devadanam family. It was so precious and sweet to see them all. The children were wearing the clothing that their sponsors from the USA had sent money for at Christmas. As we all piled into cars and autorickshaws, our little cavalcade headed out of the airport.

That evening we were able to go to the home and spend more time with the kids. Gifts were given and each child received a letter and picture from their sponsors. All the children asked for their dear Mama Mary Pat and enjoyed receiving a picture of Pastor Bill and Pastor Mary Pat as one of their gifts. The children sang some songs for us and each quoted memory verses for us. Everyone was so excited to be together for the first time in a long time. Pastor Bill and Troy greeted them and Pastor Bill sang a couple songs for them. In all, it was a very wonderful evening and it was amazing to see how much they had all grown. We enjoyed getting to spend some time with Pastor Deva and Suneetha while eating a delicious Indian meal that Suneetha had prepared for us. It was wonderful, and filling, fellowship.
