Sunday, July 21 – Beira

Our team had the privilege of visiting and ministering in the Province of Beira. Pastor Mary Pat and Pastor Jose, along with a few local pastors and a small group from the Frontline team, got to preach and share in one of the churches in an area that was heavily affected by the cyclone that made landfall last March.

The rhema word of Heaven was released and the presence of the Spirit of God was so strong. Pastor Mary Pat began by preaching from John 4, with the Samaritan woman at the well that encountered Jesus. Revelation came to her of the Messiah standing before her, and the truth of the lasting and living water was made known to her. It was Him! This precious message was wrapped up in the caring and loving nature of our God, and that He is everything we need and all we could ever really depend on. Holy Spirit moved in the service and Pastor Jose followed up with a word about bearing much fruit, and the pruning that is necessary for growth. The local pastors were not only given a comforting message of hope, but were also challenged to “get up, and go!” and watch what the Lord will do through their surrendered lives.

The outside of the church had been damaged by the cyclone. Frontline donated money to finish the repairs on the church walls. The church building is being restored even as they received spiritual encouragement and healing!
