Joshua has been involved in the ministry since its inception. He traveled on his first international mission to Jamaica in 1995 with the “Gokee Bible Study” group and has continued traveling on missions with FMI since that time. As a lover of the Word and the Lord’s Presence, Josh continues to fulfill the Great Commission locally and internationally as a valuable organizer and leader. Contending for revival and spiritual awakening in our region and beyond, Joshua is also very gifted as a worship leader, musician, songwriter and teacher. He serves as the overseer of the multifaceted worship ministry of FMI along with his wife, Christy Jacquet. The people of Brazil have been imprinted on his heart and mind since his last trip to Brazil in 2006. He loves their passion for life and their deep worship of Jesus. It’s with humble anticipation and excitement that he will return there with the team this year to see God’s Kingdom established further in the Brazilian people. Joshua is a practicing Emergency Medicine physician at Cleveland Clinic Akron General. He also dearly loves and is loved by his family: wife, Christy and two exuberant sons, Judah (10) and Josiah (6).
