FTC Daily Living
Here is where I Begin…
Application for FTC is made upon reading and completing the Application Form, “Lower Still” handout, Training Track form, and signing the agreement for participation in FTC. New registration occurs in January of each calendar year (exceptions will be considered by leadership). FTC participants will meet with the FTC Executive Director or leadership to determine together the best path for them. Attendance is expected for areas of growth, training, and service when corporate opportunities/classes/outreaches are offered. We highly value the relational aspect of caring about the needs and changing demands on individuals and families and desire to work with participants with schedule conflicts.
Lighthouse Prayer
The Lord sees each person as an individual, yet encourages healthy community living, giving, and sacrificing to accomplish His mission for us to accomplish. To that end, since Frontline Ministries International operates as a House of Prayer, participation in the LIGHTHOUSE (a prayer/intercession gathering) once a week would be part of the FTC participant’s training and serving. Corporate prayer is essential for maintaining supernatural strength for end-time, prosperous Kingdom living. Currently, five Lighthouse opportunities (each one lasting one and a half hours) are offered weekly. We will work with each person on his/her availability. Our weekly “Fire and Wind” meeting on Tuesday nights is one of the Lighthouses.Watch of the Lord
The Watch of the Lord is a corporate effort consisting of prayer, fasting, and worship that is organized for the purpose of meeting with the Lord to specifically encounter Him on a regular basis as “watchmen on the wall”, as noted in Isaiah 62:6. Our gatherings are part of the momentum that acceleration brings when people surrender to the cry of the Lord in 2 Chronicles 7:14. We join hearts with many around the world who are also “watchmen” in these last days. This corporate effort is part of the growth track for FTC participants.
Soaking
Experiencing the weekly-held FMI Soaking Center is highly encouraged as prayer/rest/worship before the Lord is essential for proper refreshment and receiving and is particularly powerful when done corporately. As the Holy Spirit moves, He connects with the hearts/minds of those in spiritual agreement. This is the seed bed for increased release of power and revelation. Many have had intense encounters with the Lord and His angels, received prophetic words, enjoyed great release of burdens, expansion of abiding joy in the Lord, and more.
Missions
As part of the multidimensional Kingdom mindset, which involves the cross-pollination of giftings and anointings, we desire participants in the school to acquire a broader vision of world missions. It’s important for those living and serving locally to understand and participate in what the Lord is doing internationally and how they interrelate. A Kingdom heart is grown through the establishment of commitment to sacrificing for others in need beyond our own immediate sphere.
A yearly foreign and/or local mission trip/experience would be included in the life of a FTC person, as the Lord would lead. Each FTC person should prayerfully submit this to the Lord. The cost of each mission is the responsibility of the participant.
Outreach and Service
Offering time and resources to help/serve/give through outreach and “inreach” is part of the Great Commission…it is part of the “GO” mandate. Each person is encouraged to seek the Lord about his/her life priorities and be willing to allow the Lord to impart His best for them while highly considering all aspects of laying down one’s life for Jesus and others.
Jesus perfectly modeled the heart of the Father through a lifestyle of humility as earmarked by the power of the Gospel demonstrated through the Spirit. Knowing the Father intimately, Jesus came to serve. Each FTC participant will be provided with ways to serve within the ministry and give of oneself to others.
Outreach is a consistent part of the life of a participant of FTC, whether it takes place through regularly scheduled and/or corporate ministry opportunities to the community, or individual efforts to reach out and demonstrate the heart of the Father in any context. Regular participation in outreach will be assessed by consistent return of the “Outreach Testimony Form” to FTC leadership.
Ministry responsibilities, positions of leadership, and internships will be determined by FTC/FMI leadership and given/offered to FTC participants as the Lord leads.
Impartation and Counsel
As the Lord designed us to live freely (no bondage), a proper understanding of spiritual mentoring/parenting and sonship is essential. We desire to properly assist each participant in his/her spiritual journey through these means and hold fast to the Biblical parameters of Godly, loving submission which breeds true honor, purity, and integrity in each person. We take the “Lower Still” handout seriously and encourage each participant to regularly examine where he/she stands in the area of humility before God and man, being willing to receive Godly counsel and impartation from those God has placed in their life through Frontline.
Proper assessment of what the Lord is doing/saying in one’s life throughout the FTC experience is essential for healthy spiritual growth of the individual, as well as for FMI. Each participant will receive a yearly certificate for active participation within Frontline’s FTC and opportunity for discussion and review.
Individual Prayer
Every FTC participant is asked to initially meet with FTC leadership for personal prayer and healing of the heart. We believe our Biblical mandate from the Lord is clear in Psalm 139: 23-24 which states: “Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there be any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.” We desire to partner with you as you journey into deeper wholeness, so you can know in every area of your life that you are free from all bondage, as promised in John 8:32, “and you will know the truth and the truth will make you free.”
