Tracking the Journey – Foundational Structures

As bridal warriors for Jesus, it’s very important to zero in on our spheres of influence as our lives target the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus. The body of Christ is to work together as sharp arrows, zoning in on the areas where we will change the spiritual atmosphere and climate. We need strong foundations and must be positioned appropriately. The Tracks of Emphasis in FTC will help increase and accelerate the momentum for a glorious destiny of love and supernatural living for each believer, releasing each person into the effectiveness of selfless giving which under-girds any successful mission or ministry. We desire that all participants in FTC become equipped to minister effectively and with passion, whether in the marketplace, the church, or any other sphere of influence. As Kingdom people we are to prepare, affect, and perpetuate a culture of honor in our personal and corporate sphere of influence. This posture of intentional humility will foster a new breed of mission and ministry-minded people desirous and able to supernaturally shift and change the atmosphere around them, no matter what job or vocation they have.

To facilitate this, each FTC participant is asked to choose at least one of the following Tracks of Emphasis that coincide with their God-given passions, callings, and opportunities. Each Track will offer focused training and impartation opportunities, in addition to foundational and related Kingdom courses and impartations. Each participant’s individual Track and progress is considered when determining service and leadership opportunities within Frontline. Upcoming information will be provided about specifics within each Track of Emphasis.

Please note: In line with our Kingdom vision, some FTC participants will also be teaching, imparting and leading classes, schools, and ministerial outreaches. These include, but are not limited to, overseas mission trips, local outreaches, FWC meetings, etc.

Tracks Of Emphasis

School of Worship

The School of Worship is established for those who desire to acquire and expand in personal worshipful intimacy with our King, as well as specifically moving in the area of leading or assisting worship in a corporate setting. This school concentrates on a variety of technical and practical musical areas, as well as other creative and spiritual expressions to enhance personal and corporate worship. We were all created for worship and this school provides the vehicle for deep prophetic expression and creativity as “new sounds” are released.

Business/Marketplace

The Lord has called us to shine as lights on a hill in all our interactions with the workplace [marketplace] community! This broad track offers training in Kingdom business perspectives and vision, as well as learning how to walk in divine creativity, excellence, and favor in a marketplace career. A broad spectrum of marketplace emphasis pertaining to Christian responsibility and momentum, both individually and globally, will be offered. Increase and growth as a person of influence in the business/marketplace realm will be yours!

Creative Arts and Expressions

At Frontline, we know that the Lord wants to express His heart to us and through us in a variety of ways. He is the Creator of all, and His creativity has no limit! This track offers workshops and training in the creative arts, as well as opportunities for creative expression and use of gifts for the glory of the Lord. Specific developmental emphasis will be offered in a context of prophetic training and implementation. Let the Lord release you into a greater realm of His creative expressions.

Christian Ministry

This track is for those who feel the calling and passion for full-time Christian service, whether in the context of local or global missions, the local church, or other expressions of ministry. The Lord desires us to go through His preparation and refining so that we become “vessel[s] for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.” (2 Tim. 2: 21b). Opportunities for specific ministerial development and growth are available through this track. As the Lord directs, specific leadership roles are offered as internships and other designations for 5-fold ministry leadership.

Media and Communications

Current forms of multimedia are continually improving and expanding, offering exciting opportunities to communicate the truths of the Kingdom! This track is for those who want to explore how media and communications are tools and mountains of influence for the Lord and what their part can be. The opportunities for advancement in specific realms of communication and media usage within our society are discovered through hands-on training as well as impartation and study in this track.

Public Service

Throughout Biblical and church history, the Lord has often called His people into positions of service and leadership in public and governmental (political) realms. Additionally, any area of service, also including but not limited to the legal, social, educational, and health realms, are areas where divine strategy, love and power is greatly needed. Let the Holy Spirit breathe on the dreams and visions of your heart through times of impartation, training and action. Specific opportunities for growth in designated areas will be offered through this track.

General

Those who are desirous to continue to grow in intimacy with the Lord and passionately pursue His heart, will enjoy this track. Continual Biblical study and application, impartation, revelation and prayer earmarks this focus. Personal transformation and openness to the Lord’s calling for Kingdom penetration within the family and other relational situations are benefits of this track. Individual focus and desires will be discussed and a course of emphasis designed for you as a person of influence in your sphere. Opportunities for serving will be given.
